In the face of growing pressure on America’s health systems to provide more services with fewer resources, Healthcare Insights, LLC developed a powerful software and service solution to help hospitals improve their financial and operational performance.
Small and entrepreneurial, HCI was competing against big names with deep pockets. While HCI had a better mousetrap, it needed a strong identity and an equally powerful message that could help it consistently and cost-effectively out-compete the competition at every touch-point—from prospecting to proposal to presentation to product documentation. Street Level Studio designed a dynamic visual/verbal identity for HCI and applied it to the development of a new Web site, tradeshow exhibits, sales collateral, e-mail marketing, and corporate communications. To support the brand with an equally compelling message, we conducted in-depth conversations with HCI clients and crafted potent video, print, and online “Success Stories” that dramatically demonstrate the company’s value to prospects. The result? Now HCI has the tools to seize new opportunities, compete aggressively, and capture new clients! And it shows: HCI’s client base grew 65 percent in 12 months. |
